All Inclusive Holidays To Costa Adeje
Fancy some winter sun? A family friendly escape? Or maybe just a chance to chill out and enjoy time by the pool? Located on the west coast of sunny Tenerife, about 20-30 minutes from Tenerife South airport (depending on traffic), Costa Adeje is home to soft sandy beaches, plenty of things to do and a whole host of accommodation options, making it perfect for an escape in 2024/2025. Better still, if you hate worrying about spending money while away, all inclusive holidays to Costa Adeje could be a fantastic option for you. Here's our guide to where to stay and who to book with.
Popular All Inclusive Hotels In Costa Adeje
Why Costa Adeje
Costa Adeje is often considered one of the more upmarket holiday resorts in Tenerife, with lots of four and five-star hotels, as well as good quality shops, bars and restaurants dotted around the area. In fact, many people love it so much that they come back year after year. And just like the other Canary Islands, Tenerife enjoys warm weather throughout the year, making it an ideal place to visit in both summer and winter, which you don't necessarily get on mainland Spain.
Areas Of Costa Adeje
Costa Adeje sits just above Playa de las Americas, on the west coast of the island, however, the resort stretches for some way, with many hotels near La Caleta considering themselves Costa Adeje, so it's really important to know where to stay so that you don't expect to be close to lots of things but actually you're miles away. For example, the H10 Costa Adeje Palace is a fantastic 4-star all inclusive hotel, but is located up near Playa de la Enramada, which is actually about a 20-25 minute walk from Costa Adeje Beach. Even though you're thinking about all inclusive, if you love to be in the heart of all the action, take a look at places around Playa de la Pinta and Puerto Colon marina, which have loads of shops, bars and restaurants, as well as attractions like Aqualand water park, and is great for a bit of extra nightlife.
If you prefer a mix of quiet and convenient location, take a look at the area around Playa del Duque. As one of Tenerife's Blue Flag Beaches, this golden sand beach is a popular area to stay, with hotels like the Iberostar Grand El Mirador and Gran Hotel Bahia del Duque taking centre stage, as well as being a short distance from Plaza del Duque shopping centre.
Hotel Types In Costa Adeje
Family Friendly
The Costa Adeje is a perfect place for a family holiday in the sunshine. Here you'll find family friendly resorts with kids' clubs, children's swimming pools, and plenty of activities and entertainment all included within your all inclusive package. They often have a dedicated children's section in the buffet restaurant too. Better still is that you're almost always a short walk from the beach for those days when you want to do something a little different and enjoy an ice cream on the sand, and you've got other activities in the area too. Plus the free shuttle to Siam Park water park runs through here too, and no trip to Tenerife is ever complete without a day out at Siam Park, right?!
Adults Only
There are several adults only hotels here, including the Guayarmina Princess Hotel near Playa de Fanabe, and the Colon Guanahani Hotel. The Royal Hideaway Corales Suites is another stunning adults only hotel with gorgeous sea views, however, this is much further north in La Caleta. You may find several other family orientated hotels also have dedicated adults only areas, which might work out to be a cheaper holiday to Costa Adeje for you.
Luxury
This part of Tenerife is also home to a number of luxury, five-star hotels which offer all inclusive, including GF Gran Costa Adeje, Adrian Hoteles Jardines de Nivaria, and the GF Victoria with its impressive roof terrace and overhang swimming pool.
Water Park Included
Some hotels have mini splash parks with one or two waterslides, but you've got to visit Siam Park before you leave. Companies like TUI and Jet2 Holidays have selected packages which include flights, all inclusive accommodation, and Siam Park tickets, although most of these are packaged with hotels in Las Americas, like Villa Mandi and HD Parque Cristobal Tenerife.
All Inclusive Deals & Discounts
All inclusive holidays in Costa Adeje don't have to break the bank. If you're on a budget, going all inclusive can help you keep a close eye on your spending while you're away as pretty much most, if not all your food and drink will be included. If you can't quite stretch your budget, going half board can also be worthwhile. And if you're heading out on a day trip or excursion to Mount Teide National Park or whale and dolphin watching, don't forget to stock up on pastries and fruit at the breakfast buffet!
Discount Codes
Some travel companies will offer discount codes for certain destinations or when you spend over a certain amount of money, and often this will include all inclusive holidays. ABTA and ATOL protected tour operators like TUI and Jet2holidays will often apply the discount automatically when you book, while other times you might just need to add it in.
Free Child Places
Free child place holidays are another great way to save if you're on a family holiday in Costa Adeje. Both Jet2holidays and TUI have free child places throughout Tenerife, but places at the most popular hotels can sell very quickly so it's best to book as early as you can. Popular all inclusive hotels with free child places include the Hotel Best Jacaranda.
Low Deposits
All inclusive getaways are sometimes more expensive than self catering or bed & breakfast, and if you're booking far enough in advance you can take advance of low deposits with many tour operators and travel agents like On The Beach, Thomas Cook, loveholidays and easyJet Holidays, usually having some sort of deposit option.
Top Tour Operators
There are loads of tour operators and travel agents you can book your Costa Adeje holiday through. From premium brands like Kuoni and Elegant Resorts, to cheap and cheerful options like loveholidays and On The Beach (who are ATOL but not ABTA protected). The cheapest holidays to Costa Adeje often won't include extras like coach transfers or seat selection which you'll need to add on during the booking process.
Two of the most popular tour operators to Costa Adeje & Tenerife are TUI and Jet2holidays, both of which use their own flights, from regional airports like Belfast, Manchester and Glasgow, and usually include airport transfers and check-in luggage. They also have holiday reps at Tenerife South airport and at the all inclusive hotels in Tenerife, so you'll always have someone to speak to if you ever have a problem.
