About Villa Campanula
Villa Campanula sits in a block with 23 other villas close to Tenerife's popular Costa Adeje. This 4 bedroom villa provides plenty of space for your next family holiday, with three double bedrooms, one twin room, a good sized living and dining area, 2 bathrooms, 2 additional toilets and your own private swimming pool in the garden.
The pool and outside space is one of the big draws for this home, with a BBQ and plenty of space to sunbathe. The pool can be heated for an additional charge.
Location
Although the villa is located in Costa Adeje, it's actually located on the other side of the TF-1 motorway, making it better to have a car if you can. The underpass under the motorway isn't pedestrian friendly, but there are two bridges a 15 minute walk away. The nearby X-Sur shopping centre is convenient for grabbing all the food you need, while Playa de Fanabe (the nearest beach) is a 25-30 minute walk away.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms here, each with air conditioning which can be very welcome in the hot summer months. Three double bedrooms and one twin room, make this a great option for a larger family or several couples. Along with a guest toilet on the ground floor, there is a toilet on the lower ground floor, a family shower room and one ensuite bathroom with bath.

In terms of amenities, the outside space here is very good, with fake grass laid around the property. Sunbeds and outside seating areas are also plenty, and don't forget the 6mx3m pool and BBQ. Inside, the living area and dining room provide plenty of space for chilling out of the sun or in the evenings, and the fully fitted kitchen means self catering is very easy here.

Things To Do
The Immediate Area
Within a few minutes walk is the X-Sur Shopping Centre which not only has a large supermarket for all your food and drink, but has other bits like a barber shop, beauty store, sunglasses shop, and even a McDonald's and a Starbucks.
Waterparks
Aqualand and Siam Park Water Park are both a short drive away and are fantastic days out for the whole family, including the big kids. Book tickets in advance to avoid the queues but get there early, especially during school holidays to grab your sunbed!
Costa Adeje
Jump in the hire car or taxi and head to the coast to explore Costa Adeje. This is one of the most popular areas of Tenerife for holidaymakers, with great beaches, and loads of shops, bars and restaurants. To the south of Playa de la Pinta is Puerto Colon where you can pick up a boat trip too.
Tenerife
There is so much on offer in Tenerife that it's a shame just to sit by the pool the whole time. From long hikes through pine forests, stargazing trips and whale watching tours, you'll never get bored. Fancy treating yourself? Why not book into one of the gorgeous hotel spas that are dotted around the island? Prefer a bit of adrenaline? Head to the go-karting track or up in the hills to go paragliding.
Reviews
We really like this villa for its space. Tenerife isn't as known for villa holidays as some of the other Spanish islands, but this can be a great option. It's close to a supermarket, and has a lovely outdoor area. The only real negative is that it's the other side of the motorway to the bright lights of Costa Adeje, making it a little less convenient to get to. But nothing that a short drive or taxi ride, or even a long walk can't fix.
