For larger families with 4, 5 or even 6 kids, Villa Can Patricia in Majorca is perfect. This four bedroom villa offers all you need for a fantastic family holiday in the sunshine. With a good sized, outdoor swimming pool and four bedrooms featuring one double bedroom and three twin bedrooms, the villa, located in Pollensa can also be packaged up and secured with flights for a low deposit too.
The garden area is one of the main draws for child friendly holidays here as there's not only space to splash around in the pool, but there's also space for games and fun in the garden too. Inside, the open plan living area has a TV and sofa, dining table which fits 8 people and leads onto the kitchen (with all the equipment and facilities you'll need), and downstairs bathroom, along with two of the twin rooms.
Location
Set back from the road on the outskirts of Pollensa, Can Patricia Villa enjoys a quiet location, just a 5 minute drive to the main town of Pollensa and a 10-15 minute drive to the beaches of Port de Pollensa and Platja de Can Cap de Bou. Because of its quieter location, we highly recommend hiring a car for your trip. The journey from Palma de Mallorca airport to the villa takes around 45-50 minutes.
Bedrooms
The four bedrooms here can comfortable accommodate a family of 8 people, whether that's two parents and six kids, a family of four plus grand parents, or just a group of friends looking to enjoy the sunshine. There are two twin bedrooms downstairs which share a bathroom, and the double room and other twin upstairs which share another bathroom (no en-suite bathrooms here). All four bedrooms have air conditioning.

This villa is very spacious making it ideal for a group of people or family. The outdoor pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres with a depth of up to 1.9m, and sits in a well maintained and good sized garden, perfect for running around, a kick about, or delicious barbeque dinners on the covered terrace. There are sunbeds for everyone too. There's also parking.
Inside, the cosy living space is great for watching a bit of TV in the evening once the kids are in bed, and there's a dining room table that sits 8 people. The kitchen offers all you need including oven, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher, as well as washing machine. There's free WiFi here too.
Things To Do
Exploring The Area
Being in a quiet location, you'll likely want to take a trip into Pollensa for a wander around and to enjoy some of the local Spanish cuisine on offer. There are a range of cafes and restaurants in the town, as well as exploring some of the historic buildings on offer.
Pollensa Beach
The beaches around Port de Pollensa are soft golden sand beaches, making it perfect for a day trip to the coast to build sandcastles and splash about in the beautiful turquoise sea. Quieter areas like Can Cap de Bou are wonderful but closer to the port, you also have L'Arenalet beach and the numerous bars and restaurants along Passeig d'Anglada Camarasa a bit further up.
Alcudia Town
A bit further away, you have Alcudia, both the old town Alcudia and Port d'Alcudia with Alcudia beach. These have a bit more going on, with plenty of shops bars and restaurants to keep you busy. And no visit to Alcudia is complete without a trip to Hidropark Alcudia, one of the best water parks on the island.
Reviews
If you nee a holiday villa with plenty of space and twin rooms, this place is for you (sometimes it can be hard for kids to share a double bed). It is a little further away from things so you'll definitely want a car, but that's often the case with many villa holidays in Spain. The outside space is great for running around too. Sometimes you'll find that villas with pools don't have a huge outside space, but this place is great.
